To the Villagers who use their home as a rental is there a thread or separate forum on the web where we as landlords can discuss who is a good contractor and who is not. potential spam or bad tenants The going rates that we charge etc

I would love that. I have a list of contractors I use. We could also share info on rents, renters, etc.
