Hello, we are moving to Citrus Grove on 10/15
 

We are coming from Pine Ridge in Beverly Hills, Florida to TV.
We have been here for 15 years but feel like we need a new start and also are getting tired of taking care of our 1.6 acre lot and 2300 sqft home.
We hate to leave it though, because we have so much privacy here and our own pool, but you have to give up somethings when you make a big change like this. We are looking forward to the Villages life style tough, and I’m sure we will be happy in our New home. We are in our 70s 80s but in good shape and ready for some pickleball and pool volleyball which we love.
We already have a golf cart but sadly I have to sell my corvette.
Hope to meet some nice people to hang with.

Thanks for your interest. It’s a 2006 Coupe in like new condition.
It’s really I nice car and I’m still debating selling it.
Might bring it up before selling it and show it around and see if I can get some interest in it.

Hello. I own property in pine ridge. Had it for over 40 years. Thinking of selling. In your opinion, Do you see a major increase in prices there? Do you think it’s a good time to sell? I heard the highway will be expanding to that area. What is your opinion on value increasing because of the highway that will be closer.

Did anyone ever rebuild that cow pasture they tried to pass off as a golf course there?

Welcome. I just got here Oct 22 from North of San Diego to Citrus Grove. I plan on playing pickleball and water volleyball, volleyball, golf and driving my cart to everywhere in the villages. So see you when Ezell Rec Center opens up. Brian
