Munn's

I had a new heating/ac installed by Munn's in March. I called to have it serviced and was told they couldn't make an appointment for 3 months. Such a shame they can't find enough workers. I'm sure this is effecting all companies.

For yearly maintenance that has always been the case.

We have also been seeing that from Munns. They claim it is due to all the new construction down south but suspect they cannot get or keep enough people.

We had our first PM done 6 months ago guy said he would be the regular and last week they came again and new guy.

I have used them for years. That is why I had replace my unit. Never more than a 30 day notice for an appointment.

We use Munn's and are very happy with them. As I told them in an online survey they sent after their last visit: "you do what you say you will do for the price you quoted, at the time you said you will do it".

I'm not sure that a long waiting list is necessarily a bad thing, nor do I think it is caused by a shortage of workers. I called Munn's about nine months ago and had to wait nearly three months for the service. Other companies could have come much sooner but I went with Munn's because of their reputation. If you're good, people will wait.

Munns customer for over 7 years

Have an extended warranty, tech came out and diagnosed it effectively. ID'd required part and had the company place an emergency replacement order. Been nearly a week and no part...supply chain? It's HOT without AC (especially for a snowbird)!:censored::mad:

I also have run into that with Munns. I did some calling around and came across M&S Air. Had there tech out and was extremely happy. Sent notifications when they were heading our way with pictures. Very nice technicians and a good maintenance plan. We like Munns and always will, but were happy with what we have found in M&S too.
