The Staring Puppy

Hi everyone,

My neighbor has a puppy he's giving away (FREE). It's a Dachshund, it's house broken, and it's great with kids.

He's giving it away because his wife says the dog 'stares' at her when she is undressing, and that gives her the heebie jeebies. I think she is just weird!

If you're interested, or know someone who is, let me know. Here's a picture of the dog (see below).

Thanks!

I was totally believing it!

When my mother was staying with us, she use to say the our dog, Max, would stare at her. I was totally believing this post. LOL

EEK!!!

I am rarely on here after midnight, and if I am I try not to post because I am usually really sleepy by now and cannot be responsible for what I might type.

Well! I AM NOT SLEEPY ANYMORE! Thankyouverymuchlaryb.......

That picture has totally creeped me out and that face will stay in my brain and I will have to lie awake all night. Or I will have NIGHTMARES! I tell you NIGHTMARES! -- and I am not a person who has nightmares -- or at least I used to not be a person who has NIGHTMARES!

You know how we all have our scary things -- creatures -- well guess what mine is.....

I am completely creeped out by creatures that are half-human and half-whatever. You know -- like werewolves. Werewolves have always scared the livin' snot outa me. Why just last night at a family dinner, my dear relatives were reminiscing about one October night, long ago, when Mr. Boomer and my brother-in-law thought it would be really funny if Mr. B. tricked me into opening a hall closet where my brother-in-law was hiding, wearing a werewolf mask.

I did not think I was ever going to stop screaming. And they continue to bring it up, year after year, when it nears Halloween. Do you guys ever grow up? Geez.

And another thing....I was so totally falling for the story of the dachshund (one of my favorite dogs) and I was feeling really bad because he had to live with a flake. I was even trying to think of somebody I might know in TV who would give the poor little guy a home.

And....guess what else.....I happen to live next door to a black and tan dachshund....Aaaaaughhhhhh!!!

Goodnight....Yeah. Right.

OMG!!! I hope I didn't scar you for life!:22yikes: From now on, I'll try to limit my pictures to freaky looking humans only (or at least I'll try). That's why I have my dog Murphy's picture as my avatar instead of my own, to protect the faint hearted like you!:faint: Hope you got some sleep...

Here are some dogs which would probably have you laughing if they stared.

Thank you, laryb. It is nice of you to ask. I made it through the night OK.

That picture gave me the willies on its own, but the surprise effect made it even worse.

That half-human/half-animal thing always gets me.

When I was a kid I went to a werewolf movie with my friends. The werewolf wore a turtleneck sweater, as I recall -- or maybe it was a suit and tie. Anyway, he did not have a wolf body, but he had claws and a wolf's face with a human element to it. Creepy. Creepy Creepy. And he kept jumping out from behind trees.

Well, after a couple of those ambushes, I spent the rest of the movie with my coat over my head. My so-called friends laughed at me. I think they might have mocked me even. I did not care. I stayed under my coat until the movie was over. I remember that werewolf movie to this day. And I was watching it in black-and-white.

But, hey, I like your avatar picture. Murphy looks like he is a great dog. And even though that is just a closeup of his face, I bet he does not have a human body.....at least I hope not......although.......h-m-m-m-m-.....now that I take a closer look at that face.....uh oh......is he wearing a uniform and a badge? I think he might have pulled me over for speeding on I-75 one time.

uh oh
