Have been retire to The Villages, but just got warned about HOAs.
 

My husband and I have visited THE VILLAGES several times, staying at the Brownwood Hotel and Spa and have really enjoyed ourselves. I am especially excited about all the activities and entertainment available. I am already looking at houses. Today, a friend just warned me not to move there as several couples he knows have moved away because of overbearing HOAs. I thought TV had no HOAs. Can anyone fill me in? Thank you!
