Dish TV Help
2 of my 3 TVs are not receiving the DISH signal. Looking for a recommendation on who to call to correct input.

Dish
If you have Dish tv, call dish and in most cases they can fix while talking online or schedule a service call
|
Call Dish it is their signal

OP, are you saying that you pressed too many buttons on your TV remote, if so you typically need to go to the MENU, and select the correct TV INPUT.

I have Dish for many years. Call customer service and let them walk you through a quick fix for this.

Original TV Remotes
Find your original remotes that came with the TVs you’re having the problem with. Use those remotes to change the input signal on them back to the appropriate HDMI input that your satellite receiver is connected to. If the installer changed the HDMI input name to Satellite that makes it easier.

Make sure your tv input is the 1 for dish. You are probably talking about your joeys, so unplug each Joey for 30 seconds and plug back in.
Also, your joeys need a good internet signal, so go to your hopper, hit the home button 2x, go to settings, then internet and then look at your wifi signal. If it’s less than 50, that’s your problem. Your hopper needs a good strong 2.4ghz wifi signal. The dish tech support doesn’t know anything, I don’t let them touch my dish components |
This methodology works.
