Massey termite inspection
 

We have had Massey termite inspection every year since moving here 6 yrs. ago. They now say our initial termite warranty expires this year and we should now let them install a prevention system that will cost about $500.00 Has anyone had experience with this? We have never had any termites yet. Is this a necessary investment? We have a siding house.

we kept our massey termite coverage when we moved in. That was ten years ago and we still have it. I havnt seen a termite lately. If they come to me wanting some kind of 500$ program i think it will be time to stop the service. I pay 130$ a year now and thats enough i think. Let me know what you decide. Tom

I paid $1700 for this treatment back when I lived in South Florida. Now, you can get the product and DIY. Termador. US Park Service uses this stuff for their fire towers. Same chemical as used in dog/cat flea collars. No, I don't have stock in the company......
