Airport Transportation

Other than the shuttles and buses, does anyone have a favorite door to door service to MCO? If so, can you recommend someone and provide me with their contact information? We'd prefer not to add an hour + to our trip with the multiple stops.
Thanking you in advance.

One way car rentals from Enterprise. You are in control.

We have rented cars or have a friend bring us.

Enterprise is not doing one way due to car shortages.

We been using Dave's Airport Transportation for the past 4+ years. Always prompt, clean and sanitized vehicles, display their commercial insurance policy on their business page on the website "NextDoor Neighbor", too many non-commercially insured services out there, one car outfits. We tried Capri and Creative, but are quite pleased with Dave's, I think they have 17 vehicles now. Dave-352-223-4696

I used to do that. Have you checked rental prices these days? You could probably hire a helicopter from your driveway cheaper! :D I used to rent a full size car in Phila for $35 day plus 1 weekend day free through Costco Travel and last time we went (past July) it was $150 day AFTER discounts.

I don’t have a favorite door to door.

Relatively new to The Villages, but as much out of curiosity as anything else - is there any segment of TV population that uses Lyft or Uber…. Or is the issue technology use or the fact that perhaps not many Lyft or Uber drivers in immediate vicinity to be of convenience & assistance?

Respectfully, DB

Anytime I looked at Uber I couldn’t find any drivers available. I gave up.

Read the same on a few other sites. Also now drivers probably make more with short restaurant hops than long drives like this. But that is just a guess.

Just checked Uber

I have always found Uber to be much more expensive than the services and just checked and it is $170+ depending on the ride choice, Thursday 12/23 10:14am
