Experience with this contractor?
 

Does anyone have any experience using "Wall Beds Plus"?
We would like to have them add desk and TV centers to a wall in our home, but don't know if they are a good company to contract with. Any feedback would be appreciated.

As an experienced, retired contractor, that service should give you a list of customers you can call for a reference. In any case, please DO NOT give them any money before work has begun. Tell them you will pay 1/3, 1/3, and 1/3, as each progression of the job is completed.

On Yelp, one good review and one bad review. On Google, 35 great reviews. No reviews or complaints on BBB.

The Google reviews seem phony to me. Lots of companies post tons of great reviews on their website that are supposed to be from customers, but I am skeptical when they are all great. In any event, I wouldn't pay any money in advance.

We used Wall Beds Plus in 2010 and were satisfied. But in 2019 we used Custom Home Closet, and though slightly higher in price, we liked their bed and wall unit better. They’re both relatively close to each other if you wish to compare their offerings.
