Dog Cage Rental Needed

We have friends coming to T.V. for March and April, they are planning on bringing a
smaller dog to their rental unit, with it preapproved, for their dog to come.
They are looking to rent a Dog Cage for that time frame.
Anyone know where they might be able to rent that cage?
Thanks in advance.

You can buy pet cages starting at $29 and up at Tractor Supply or Petco.

yes, go with a new crate. this way you/they will always have use of it when here. watch out for the older wire crates that gets rusty & has sharp edges. if you go used, make sure you bleach it out 1st to kill anything the previous 'resident' may have left behind, & you can get a small crate bed that goes inside to ensure comfort

Forgive my ignorance, but why would you keep a dog in a cage?
Are they not allowed to run free in the house?

we have an approved dog crate we are not using. you are welcome to have it free of charge. check your private msg's.

Crate trained my dogs when they were puppies, also in a new place on their comfy cushion my dogs would go into the crate to feel safe and secure when we travelled. The crate door was always open.

some owners keep their dogs in a crate when they are away from the house a period of time. dogs with anxiety can destroy things like chewing furniture, scratching doors, etc. i knew 1 that 'ate' the owner's bed, lol, chewed the entire mattress up.

It’s not a cage, it’s a crate. Dogs are pack animals by nature, many actually like the crate, it’s like their Den. We had one dog who was in his crate all the time, door was always open. Other dog, slept in it, but did not go in during the day.

Yup!

Our pup runs right to her crate when she sees us getting the car keys or putting on our jackets...

She knows she'll get a treat and it's her "safe space" while we're gone...

Pup in crate

My dogs love their crate , ill find one in and one just outside of it during the day , they too know when we are going out and head for their crate. Thats the only time the door is closed. if we were to leave the house or sliding door open or someone come in the house they are safe . Never used to punish or just leave in there when someone is home
I to have a crate for a 15 to 20 lb dog or two 10 lb ers like i have if you wish to borrow it just let me know
