Who Were the Caesars Mentioned in the Four Gospels?

Only two Roman Emperors are mentioned in The Bible's Four Gospels by name. The very first one and then the 2nd one-- Augustus and Tiberius.

Was talking about this last evening so I had to check.

Ummmm, what about Mark 12:17? Pretty sure he was a Roman Emperor, and pretty sure Mark is one of the four Gospels.

That is not about a particular Caesar but about paying to the State what is due it and giving Jesus Christ what he is.

It would have been more clear if you asked for mentions of Roman Emperors by more than just their title (Caesar). As in name and title, such as Julius Caesar.

It took a few reads to get what you were actually getting at. You are right, Caesar is just a title, not a name.
