What is best cleaning solution for cart roll downs

I'd like to clean off the mildew like material on my cart sides roll downs see through plastic. What is best? White vinegar and baking soda? Thanks

Vinegar and water. In a spray bottle. Spray it on the cloth, and use the cloth to wipe off the mildew and watermarks. Do just a little at a time, following it with a dry cloth to wipe clean so as to prevent more watermarks from forming.

Klear-to-Sea is the best ever. I started using on my boat plastics and windshield many years ago and on my carts for years. Cleans and protects.

Not finding that on Amazon or at Wallyworld... Any hints on where it's sold?

Just goggle it and it will come up. It is sold for boats most of the time. I started using it over 20 years ago on my boat isinglass. The isinglass outlasted the boat! Puts a real nice protective coating on while cleaning. I've been using it on my carts since my 1st cart with great results, including the windshield.

Tannery available at Ace. I was told about this by an engineer who installed dodgers and bimini on boats. My boat dodger was like new even 8 yrs after he built it. I use it on my cart and it's great.

JJ Carts told me to use lemon pledge spray. Works great and smells great.

Plexus. Works great on both the windshield and clear enclosure.

So, you use it on the fiberglass body as well as the windshield and roll-ups?

I don't use it on the body, just sides, mirrors and windshield. I have wiped off overspray on the body with no problems.

While speaking of golf car enclosures, don't forget about the canvas. Get a product called 303 Fabric Protector. Just spray it on your canvas after cleaning, and it provides protection from the elements. One application a year is all you need. I used that stuff on the Sunbrella canvas on our boat, and kept it looking new for 20 years.
