Is there a palm tree nursery for cold hardy palms outside the villages?

I went to Lowe's and Home Depot last night and they just have queen palms and a few Bismark. I'm looking for nicer palms that don't grow over 12-15 feet like the Chinese needle palm and provides some privacy. Dwarf pygmy date palms I've had before. Ebay doesn't have a large selection either.

You are probably asking about the needle palm ( Not Chinese Fan?) .
Needle palms I see in nurseries around this area, are typically marked as European Fan. Have had the expert point at a yucca and say "That is a needle palm sir."
Needle palms and Euro-fans share very similar growth habits, cold hardiness and look very similar. I suggest asking the nurseries around here for Euros, and if they have more than 5 or 10, go look, 1 or so is likely a needle palm.

Yes the needle palm. I have Chinese fan palms already. Just looking for palms that would go well contrasting with the fan palms.

Call me at 352 303 8610, and we can discuss what varieties will work in the location.
There are thousands of nurseries to choose from in Florida, I subscribe and often use Betrock's Plant Finder periodical to locate the closest plant or palm in the sizes I am looking for, and can give you my suggestion from there, (or from my 40 years of experience in, and study in, horticulture in Central Florida).
As a general rule the further south you travel, the cheaper the palms get.

Thanks for your help. I went to the nursery in Oxford and Home Depot and finished off my palm buys. Home Depot had 2 small date palms for $40 total and some nice 3 foot tall long leafed purple flower plants I liked (can't remember name).

We have a Sugar Palm that provides great privacy and at 10 years old, it is about 12' and sort of bushy and easy maintenance.
