Golf courses grass?

To continue my quest to find out about frozen vegetation in TV, here are my next questions:
- How does the burned out golf course grass play? Will my boyfriend hate it?
- Why do the greens look perfect? Did they cover them? Replace them?
- Do you have a fave executive course since the freeze?

The dormant grass is Bermuda, and it mostly plays hard and fast. The "very" green tee boxes and greens are dormant Bermuda grass that has been overseeded with a winter Rye grass. That grass will fade, then die out with consistently warmer spring temperatures. No favorites for me, I like most of the execs here.
I guess more specific to your question, short freezes typically won't hurt the courses.

He'll find the lies tighter (a bit harder for the short game), but the extra roll is nice...
