Moving to hammock at fenney in feb we’re is the closest grocery store I saw a new Publix is there any Winn dixies
Also we’re is nearest hospital
N does each community have a fb group or way of getting to connect with new neighbors

Welcome. Publix is very close to you at Magnolia Plaza; there will be a CVS in same shopping center in the future. Nearest Winn Dixie is in Pinellas Plaza near the intersection of 466A and Powell Road. Hospitals are all over; a free standing emergency room is on 44 across from Brownwood and there is the Villages Hospital up by Spanish Springs and hospitals in Leesburg and Ocala. There will be in Villages Hospital south of 44 in the next couple of years.
The way to meet neighbors is to poke your head out the front door and your neighbors will engage. A new area is full of friends to be made. Enjoy!

many neighborhoods create social clubs shortly after they sell out...join some clubs, you'll meet plenty of people

Welcome! We live in Hammocks at Fenney and yes we have a FB group you are welcome to join. I think everyone else covered your other questions. I've found the Winn Dixie in Sumter Landing to be better stocked and carried items the Pinellas one did not. They almost the same distance....

there is a Winn-Dixie south of Coleman, north of Bushnell on rt 475. To the east there is one at ct rt 480 and 27. Your surrounded.

Your realtor should tell you who provides gas and electricity. Call them and give them your closing date to switch names. Most below 44 for cable have Xfinity (Comcast). Houses are pre wired, so they will get things installed fast once they get there.
