Walgreens 441 and Rolling Acres Road

I have been getting my prescriptions from this Walgreens, but need to change to another pharmacy.

Does anyone have any comments about the one at 441 and Bella Cruz?

The drive thru has been closed this week at the one on Rolling Acres Rd, so you have to go inside, stand in line with 8-10 people for 15-20 minutes. I do not have covid, but according to reports, act lest one person in that line did.

Doctor called in script this morning before 10, that was not filled until 330.Missed two doses of meds.

I know that this is whinning, but surely there is a pharmacy that is more efficient than this one. In the Spanish Springs area.

An independent pharmacy will work too. Not attached to Walgreens, will switch.

Thanks, and sorry about the rant.

I don't think the one at Bella Cruz is any better. My wife had a prescription send electronically a few weeks ago. They acknowledged that they had it but somehow couldn't get it ready for that day. No reason given why. I think we're going to go over to CVS and see if they are any more reliable.

The Walgreens in colony no better. Take forever to get prescription ready than a long line to pick up. Drive up window does seem better but would prefer easy access to pharmacist if necessary.

Also they lost two faxed prescriptions from DR recently.

Also want to change.

I use the Walgreens on Bella Cruz. During high season there is a service lag due to volume. However, if a prescription is time sensitive, I’ll go over there and ask if mine is ready yet. When they tell me no, I’ll let them know I need it soon and that I’ll wait for it. That has helped me.

We changed from Walgreens on 441 and rolling acres too. Went to Publix. Better service. They don’t have a drive thru at this, location but the location near the hospital does. I heard CVS isn’t any better.

Aren’t you south of 44? You should try the Walgreens on Kristine way

Bella Cruz is just as busy/stone crest, dell webb and beyond .. remember the planned demic... equals lack of employees, more people etc..

Just as bad- wait forever - for some reason all the scripts are called in on the same day but I get called every day for a different script instead of them being filled at the same time . Drive- thru takes as long as going inside.

Publix

Try Publix across from lowes and new BJs on 441. They have drive through also.

I find Publix pharmacy much better than Walgreens and cheaper too!

I work at CVS inside Target on 466 and we would love to have you. Not many people know we are here so we are not as busy as stand alone stores. Also we do not have a drive thru so that makes a difference.
