Fraud Shutter Company
 

Anyone planning to do business with Dynasty Shutters and Window Treatments beware. We placed an order and provided a down payment for shutters in March 2021. We have not contacted the company on numerous occasions and have been told they are awairing parts, they will call next week for an installation date, etc. They never call back and when we requested a refund we were told that we needed to talk to Jessica but she is never there (I don't think she exists). They also use the name Custom Blinds but are registered with the State of FL under Dynasty. There are a number of similar complaints on their Facebook page.

Never pay in advance for work. If it was to order custom materials, you should have used a credit card, so you could dispute the charge. This website is loaded with posters who got ripped off because they paid money up front.

You might also want to report this to Seniors vs Crime and see if they can help. I also agree, and it can be a costly lesson to learn, but NEVER pay for anything in advance. If a company can't do a job without asking for money up front, find another company.
