Building in the winter? (ok- not northern winter!)
 

Just wondered if there are any problems with building in the winter such as concrete curing, applying shingles, landscaping that the developer does, or anything else? Figure there is not as building goes on continuously but after the cold spells last winter can't help but wonder of the con's. Any input appreciated! Thanks!

I used to live in Fargo North Dakota and building continued through the winter there, so I can't imagine any problem for the Villages.

No problem in pouring concrete in the winter, even if it goes below freezing. Concrete's chemical reaction creates heats as it cures!
