Hot Air Balloon Trip Around the World
 

Hi Everyone, we've just paid off the mortgage on a 2/2 CYV investment property. We're renting out the property and it's serving us well. We're deliberating our next steps:


1. Continue to collect coin on our rental property
2. Obtain a cash-out mortgage/HELOC and buy another CYV and rent both properties
3. Sell/trade our CYV and buy a bigger property with a small mortgage and rent it out
4. Sell our CYV and take a hot air balloon trip around the world
5. Find a real estate investment advisor and reap the benefits of their wisdom

Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
