Rock Steady Boxing
 
Does anyone know of a program called Rock Steady Boxing in or close to The Villages? This is a program for people with Parkinsons Disease. I have several friends & our neurologist outside of The Villages recommend this exercise program.

Check with Cora Physical Therapy, its been awhile but when I had physical therapy they had people boxing at this location
