Lawn Service question...
 

In my ten years, full time in TV I have used several different lawn service companies for the three homes I have owned. Most have been the larger companies. I find them to be over priced, not very efficient at weed control or insect control. I have a large home on a smaller lot. I am looking for a local smaller company who cares about the customer, is reasonable in price and you do not have to wait fifteen minutes on the phone to speak with a person. Thanks in advance.

I had a small company for awhile, and they never answered the phone or returned my calls. I now have Massey. They are overpriced, but they always answer the phone immediately.

Zosia Green, great little company for fertilize lawn, trees and bushes. Weed killer.
The tech calls me if he notices a problem, recently a broken sprinkler head. Also he has called with advice on watering.
I am very happy with them.

I use Green Pastures Church Ministry 516-673-3110. David is an honest and decent person. What I like best is that they do not litter lawn once done with advertising sign that gets blown into retention ponds.

I had Fernview farms- very unhappy with them. They killed a shrub even though we had a sign in front of it telling them not to spray around it. I complained and they blamed us for the sign being "vague"

My problem with massey was they might answer the phone but the appropriate dept did not call back and than technician was constantly changing so each guy did things his own way.
