Anyone know any Z wave techs or experts that can help set up devices and mobile app?

There appears to be information on the z-wave site: Better and safer smart homes are built on Z-Wave - Z-Wave, I have never used the equipment, so I do not have direct experience, but the guides on this site look like they might help.
