Just returned from shopping at Kohl's about an hour ago. Calling the traffic snarls "insane" would be a huge understatement.

I was at Brooklyn Bagels at 12. By the time I left the police were directing traffic at the signals that were not working. I didn't have any trouble getting out of the plaza onto 441.

I was going in that direction this afternoon but something else came up that needed me at home.
