Great advice for those of us moving into retirement years.
Note: Free books don't stay free for long.

Good Book

but if your not the type who will workout an hour a day, every day,I would not bother to read this book. This is a good book which is fun to read, but you will really have to be the dedicated type to reap the benefits that they promise.

I just downloaded the free app for macs.......free books are nice!

I'm flying down to our Florida home next week and these free books will be nice to read on the plane......

Using a Kindle I just looked for the book and it was not free.

UPDATE: Just went directly to the Amazon site and got it for free - delivered to the Kindle. (Also goes to my iPod Touch to make it a "pocket reader"!)

You Don't Need a Kindle for this Bargain

I believe that Amazon's Kindle store is the best ebook site on the net. You can download a free app for your PC, Mac, Ipad, smart phone, etc. You can read your selected book on any of these and if you happen to want to continue to read on another device, it will sync and go automatically to the last page you read.

Younger Next Year Free Kindle book

Thanks for the info on this free book.

I downloaded it free to my kindle and read it within a week. Very good read. Have already ordered my heart monitor for the exercise portion of the program.

I don't get it! I just went to the kindle store and they say it is $7.11 to buy for my kindle.

I must be doing something wrong. Wherever I look on the amazon site it says the Kindle edition is $7.67

Under the Kindle store, click "Free E-books"
Then click "Promotional free books"

Scroll through them, there are usually over 100 of them, but they change often. I'm not sure without looking if that one is still free.

As I said in my original post;
"Free books don't stay free for long.":read:
So, if you spot something that you think might be interesting, get it. Just make sure the price is $0.00 before you hit the BUY NOW button. But don't worry too much, Amazon is very quick about crediting your account if you make a mistake.
The Bestseller List on the Kindle eBooks page lists the bestselling 100 free books and is a good place to start looking.

Thanks for the heads-up on the book. Love the free books...love the Kindle.
