Relocation Coordinator Services
 

Hello All! I'm so excited to be planning my move. I have been working with a relocation coordinator, however, I'm considering using my own agent to sell my current home and not one of the referrals. I understand if I don't use a referred realtor, after referrals for movers, the help will from the Villages Relocation Coordinator will stop. My question is, after selling your old house, and finding a mover, how has the relocation coordinator helped you? We want to jump in with both feet. We don't want to be cut off of something great! What are they great things they have done for you?

Sorry, I do not recall any additional services, but we used the service after we were already in TV, to sell some additional property, the referal was great went above and beyond what we expected.

I used relocation services and was very happy with their assistance, especially for the move.

Ask if you can use a moving coordinator. My cost through them was 20% lower they source the move local to the Villages so have influence in the event of problems.

When we moved here a few years ago did not think it had value to us so we did it all on our own.
