Mow Lawn

I am a new resident of Orange Blossom Village in need of lawn mow for a small front yard, bi-monthly, for less than $50/month. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Every other month in the rainy growing season?
You may need lumberjacks!

My suggestion, I would ask your neighbors. These people tend to stay in one area avoiding wasted time, gas etc running all over the villages.

Lawn care? Some people want just mowing others want, fertilizer, insect prevention, weeding, hedge trimming etc.

Bi-monthly. Bi-monthly is fine in the dormant time. The guide is you should not cut off more than 1/3 of the grass length at a time it sends the grass into, for lack of a better term shock. In the fast growing season, starting soon. Your lawn, if it is Empire Zoyzia or St Augustine should be cut, AT LEAST, once a week

Hope you have someone to treat your lawn for insects or you won’t need a mowing service. In central Fl there are tons of critters that will destroy your grass

Ask lots of questions you do not know what you do not know.

There are few people I can't learn something from. Sometimes the lesson is not to be as they are. Nicer perhaps, sometimes the lesson is that stand up comedy does not work when there is no stand up and it is not a comedy site.

What we desire, insist on, is simply not normal. Like most things, you can hire someone or do it yourself. I depends. Sometimes hiring someone WHO KNOWS is less expensive than doing it yourself. In terms of lawn care, I have someone who mows and edges and I do the rest, hedge trimming, weeding, fertilizing, insects etc. What to do, what not to do and when to do it, is all on the internet. I keep a diary, of what I did, why and how it worked.

If, anyone cares, I tend to catch spring fever. It is mid march. Endless debate, opinions etc. I have empire zoysia. It is just waking up. It is still cool, cold, at night. No need to fertilize the weeds. I would wait another week or two before applying fertilizer.
