Havana

Very simple...in bad shape. Greens slow and bumpy, lack of grass in fairways, bunkers in rough shape, the course needs help.

At least the restaurant is still good.

OP, why do you still golf in the Villages? I have yet to see a single positive comment from you regarding any course conditions.

I have just been through OP's previous posts, and there are quite a few positive comments regarding courses.
The question is.
Is he wrong about negative opinions, or are any negatives not allowed?

Nothing wrong with opinions, but his negativity is exaggerated.
His exaggeration has been confirmed many times.
He posted a couple positive posts after being hammered on ToTV.

See the other thread today about "how long does it take to develop a golf course?"....the answer was 24 months..

Knowing the inner workings of golf course construction, my answer is well over 3 years and a LOT of money...it's estimated that a green alone can cost $25k plus!!

So the developer should double the green fees and spend $100,000 per hole on maintenance every year

3, 2, 1 after that happens that green fees are too high

Glenview is in pristine shape. Especially the greens. Best thing to do…….have the company taking care of Glenview, show the others what they are doing. Maybe then we get consistent conditions.

A lot of the courses up north in TV are in excellent condition...
