Tavares Police Department is currently investigating a deadly shooting that occurred on April 8 in the Caroline Court Apartments. According to Florida Police Scanner, Tavares Police Department were dispatched to the shooting at approximately 8 p.m. Alejandro Garcia Jr is one of the victims from the shooting and was pronounced deceased on scene. Gives those who do travel outside the bubble often, a perspective of not all is as safe as TV.

Goes along with the daily news reports, of fatality on what ever road (I-4) outside TV. Sometimes it’s good to be aware of life outside of immediate circle.

A shooting in Tavares impacts me the same as a shooting in Dallas, TX. Zero.

Dallas is on 301 between Oxford and Summerfield. That’s pretty close.
