Brick facade on front of hone
 

Who has had this done? Any good recommendations??

The first thing you need is ARC approval. The ones I've seen look very tacky and cheap. I found myself wondering how ARC would ever allow it.

I have never seen brick, but have seen STONE facades which look very nice, but as noted above, get ARC approval first. I do not know who did the work, I do not remember the sign that was up while the work was being done.

Don't need reminders to get approval. Need recommendations on contractors. Tk u

We've had two neighbors who have had the stone facade put on their homes. Both look great. I will get the contractor info on who did theirs.

I have only seen homes built that way, have never seen any added after the fact.

There are many homes which have had this done.

There are 3 homes on my street that have added the rock front. The homes are 11 years old.
