Please tell me what a fee would be for checking zones & teaching my husband how to be able to do the irrigation controls himself. He is smart just not irrigation savy.

Absolutely. YouTube is great. I set my controller up after watching a few videos.

You can also go to the Hunter Industries website and print the user manual for your specific controller. Some controllers are different than others, and many of the so called irrigation expert technicians do not know how each model works. I found it easy to learn from the manual, and I don't allow any technician to touch my controller.
