Toyota Key Fob
 

A while back the key fob for my 2015 RAV4 quit working. Simple fob that operates the door locks. Not keyless ignition. I replaced the battery and it worked fine again. Recently my wife's fob quit working. I replaced the battery but the car doesn't recognize it.

I've tried a couple of reprogramming procedures that I found on the internet for Toyotas. Similar but one is a little more complex than the other. It still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Make sure you didn't put the battery in upside down...

Are you sure the battery is good?

I haven't done anything to this fob since April 22. Tried it a few more times and it never worked.

Tried using it yesterday and it works perfectly. How do you figure?
