On May 27, Almost ABBA will be performing at the Savannah Regional Recreation Complex at 4 and 7 p.m. Almost ABBA recreates the nostalgia of ABBA in a costumed, choreographed and audience-interactive show. Touring internationally for nearly 20 years and performing for crowds as large as 50,000, the group truly lives up to their name.

I'm not sure how I feel about these imitations. They may be "Almost ABBA" but they're NOT ABBA, and in some cases these imitators fall far short of the mark.

Then I guess you should stay home and let those of us who love "these imitations" go and enjoy the music.:)

Saw this group here several months ago. They are “almost” ABBA, with only three singers, not four. So bad we left halfway thru the show. Don’t bother.

I feel ill
 

Almost Abba makes me almost ill. The real thing was bad enough! I don't know which is sadder, the bands that weren't original or good enough to make it on their own or the people who go to see them.

At our age our hearing is not what it used to be but do find these cover bands mostly enjoyable
