Still looking for recommendations. I've talked w/Garage Living., polysparatic coatings. Seems expensive but they this is the best over epoxy. Thoughts?

I did my own, so I cannot recommend someone to do this work, however I have few words of caution. First make sure whatever is used will stand up to automotive and golf cart fluids (gasoline, oil, brake fluid and battery acid to name a few. Second the garage floor will get wet, make sure you get a friction additive on the final coat (like shark grip) or you may end up with a very slippery surface.
I made the mistake in the first case the Xylene based clear coat sealant does not like gasoline, but I did add shark grip so at least I do not have the slippery surface.

Beware of Tanya White….claims she is part of Elegant Painting of FL Corp. Had her do epoxy flooring and it is a disaster…I can provide pics if you need. Just fyi.

I am leaning towards Garage Living. They use a Polysparatc coating. Would this slippery? Anyone else use this company?

I have no information on this coating, hope someone else can comment, but at a minimum I would ask the vendor about a friction additive.

I will. Very important at our age and those grandkids that have to run everywhere.
