I'm curious about what is being constructed SW corner of 466 and Buena Vista, next to Elan.

Wondering about that also. They are finishing up a rather large parking area.

It's going to be a food market, organic type stuff. I think the name was Sprouts, not sure about that.

Well the property is to small for Costco.

Look at their website. More than just veggies.

We have Sprouts at hone in Colorado — love it! Very reasonable prices, very good quality. We buy produce, vitamins, flowers, deli and bakery there and occasionally bulk items. When we return in the fall, it will be our go-to do these items. We like Publix generally speaking, but their prices are no bargain.

They also have good prices/quality at their butcher shop.

It sounds like good competition for Fresh Market. Competition is good, more traffic on 466 is not.

Publix is good for me!

Sprouts came to the Atlanta area right before we moved here about 8 years ago. I thought the store was fantastic and I am a cheap SOB. Great produce and excellent butcher shop. If their prices relative to other stores hasn’t changed much I will definitely be a customer

Had Sprouts in Frisco TX Kinda like fresh market, prepared foods, good produce & they said meat there but that was small. Pride themselves on lower prices.
