My credit card company changed from Mastercard to visa causing me to use a new card for YouTube.TV. I have been using You Tube since we got into streaming and had customed our list of sites, now everything has gone back to default and I cannot get my old list back, or even use a new list I am working on.

I have a customized list on the computer but cannot get it to work on the TV.

Are you talking about the "Live" listing??

If so, go to the Live page.
In the top left corner, you can change from default to custom.

I have done that, made a new custom list on the computer and cannot get it to take on the TVs. Frustrating .............

Yes, same everything except my sites. HOWEVER, just got back into the YouTube page where I am remaking my list of programs and found that if I click on the circle on the right hand side of the page that keeps my program. Now all I have to do is go through all these damned sites and pick out the ones we watch, and God help me if I cannot find his soccer channel. :ohdear:

Well, it is too hot to be outside so I guess this is my job for the next couple of hours.

I know you said you used the same email address to sign in but just double check. Each morning after using YouTube for years now it asks which account I’m signing in under. Exactly the same thing that happened to you happened to me and that was the problem, wrong sign in email account. It was rough for me to figure it out. Hang in there, you’ll get it.

I agree. It sounds more likely that your sign-in has changed. I don't see how changing the credit card for payment would affect anything related to your channel settings.

Who pays for u tube?

The OP has "YouTubeTV", which costs about $65 per month. The regular "YouTube" channel is free.
