Looking for handyman in the Winterhaven area to spruce up a deceased cousin's home
 

This is a long shot but the family is at its wit's end. A cousin passed away leaving a house in need of maintenance. Neighbors have complained and the city is now involved. She was an elderly widow with no children. No family resides in the nearby area.
