Rec center wi-fi resident wireless log in
Need some help. I have had the occasion to be at a rec center for some time and found there was a wi-fi connection available called "resident wireless". I'm have been unable to sign in to use the wi-fi as the log in asks for a "Golf ID" and PIN. I don't golf, so I don't have a golf ID, what that that is, or if I need to get one to use resident wireless.
Can I sign into rec center resident wireless without a golf ID? If not, where do I obtain said ID and PIN? Thanks! Viking |

You do have a golf ID and PIN.
Your "golf" ID is the ID number on your Villages ID card. Your PIN was set up when they created your ID card. Mine came on a piece of paper I have in a file. I imagine there is a way to retrieve a forgotten PIN and the information is probably on the districtgov.com site. (Essentially says call the Customer Service Center, 8-5 weekdays, at (352) 753-4508) |

At least you have a Wi-Fi signal at your pool…

I use my phone as a hotspot so I know it's secure.

Once you sign in to a rec center wifi connection, you will automatically be signed in every time you enter any rec center. That is a recent feature of the system.
