Drain Issues

Looking for advice on a good plumber or company to use to snake out drain lines. Seems to be a whole house problem. Thanks!

Just had Florida Rooter come out. Very thorough, explained everything and made sure everything was fixed. I would highly recommend them.

Do u live in a newly built house? If so, could be poorly set drain lines to the sewer. Could be stuff the builders threw down those lines.

Heard many horror stories.

Mike Scott Plumbing, good work at fair prices.

New Faust sold today I swear reduce water flow, which in turn doesn't allow enough
water to flush down the drain allowing for a slow and clog drain.

Anyone hear this for sure?

Definitely can be a problem after installing low gallon use toilets if the drains don't have enough pitch. I had that happen in last house. I had to go back to 3.5 gallon toilets because the drains under slab were too flat and the solids would stop due to lack of water to keep everything moving.

Federal law requires all toilets manufactured to have a flow rate of not more than 1.6 gallons per flush. That law has been in effect for 28 years.

If you suspect a tree root problem, I would find someone who will do a camera inspection of the drain. But, first call your utility company. They may do it for free.

My 15 year old house sewage pipe was installed with a belly were sewage would collect and clogged up. Get A plumber recommendation to clean out the pipe and don’t use Kiley. It helped us but don’t know how long it will last.
