Granite stain repair

Can anyone recommend an individual or company that can treat stains on my granite counter tops? I think they are mostly oil based that was made worse when my cleaning service tried to remove them, so now I have very noticeable light and dark blotches. I don’t want to try any home remedies for fear of making things worse, so I really need a professional. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I can’t recommend them but “Sir Grout” offers stone refinishing in central Florida. 407-829-4488 . I personally would get the wet poultice from Amazon and try it first.

I've had granite counters in all of my homes since 1990 and have never had a stain. Are you sure you have granite?

When we are in food prep we have a decent size silicon sheet we roll on the counter for spills. Sometimes we get carried away and may spill red wine or oil on counter (granite) and immediately clean it up never had a stain set.

Well I wouldn’t call it a stain but a change of color. A food prep area where butter , margarine or oil gets spilled repeatedly and not cleaned up literally darkens that area over time. Yes, granite.

I received a flyer in the mail for Counter Crew. They fix all kinds of problems with granite. You can google them and read about their services.
