Just bought a house. That is public information. You will be shocked at all the people who will contact you. Has one of the guys stopped by YET, he just happens to have a palm and can make you a great deal? Or painters, gardeners, insurance etc.
Epoxy coated garage floor are popular. Actually the epoxy is overcoated with a clear coat, that is not epoxy as epoxy yellows. I think it is polypropylene so your epoxy floor is only as durable as the top polypropylene. Some people elect to add a grit to the final coat to make it less slippery when wet. We do not have that. I expect that makes it easier to clean the floor.
I would just know it can be slippery when wet. Never had a problem. Putting down another clear coat with the grit may be possible the plastic paints must be compatible or all kinds of strange things can happen. The floor will need to be spotless or you will be sealing in any dirt, stains etc.
Is in worth doing?
