American Integrity Insurance INCREASE
 

Got my new Homeowners Insurance Bill and it had a $600 increase from American Integrity Insurance. It said Florida approved $600 increase. I will follow up with my agent next week or change companies. Anyone else get a recent increase on Home Insurance?

I also have AIIC and my policy renews this month. My increase was only about $40 for the year. I recommend you go to the Villages Insurance in Colony Plaza (or whichever location is closest to you) and discuss with them.

Increase Questionable
 

I spoke to our Villages Agent and she said that they have coded something wrong and she has resubmitted it to the Underwriters and said the increase will be minimal. Waiting for new Bill.
