APEX roofing solicitor
 

Today (6/15) around 6 PM there was an APEX solicitor going around the Village of Pinellas area. As soon as I saw the APEX and he said roof replacement I told I was not interested. NOTE: I just had the free cleaning by CertainTeed and the guy who inspected the roof for the cleaning said it was in excellent condition. As I recall this is one of the companies that has gotten us into the current insurance mess.

Yup, ran into an APEX salesman near Spanish Springs. Talked to him quite a while. Got all the info about how they guarantee that the insurance company will pay for the roof replacement at no cost to me. It's a great deal. And they do quality work. He was just about ready to get the contract out for me to sign - until I told him that it wasn't even my house. I was visiting our friends and waiting for them to pull up. He never asked if I lived there. I estimated I wasted about 45 minutes of his time. :a040:

We had Apex do our roof. They did damage to our home and now we are having to sue them.
