Is there any way that properties that have sold 2 to 3 years ago can we get these ads deleted because it looks like all these properties are for sale but they have actually been sold.
Can these ads please be cleaned out

Thats the reason I don’t look at the classified anymore.

Have you looked at Zillow and Realtor.com? You can put in price point etc and it will show what is offered. Broker and for sale by owner. Our old neighborhood, ten year old reality.
I watched for a year or so before listing and selling. The Zillow price. I followed listing price, zillow price and sold price. The sold price was 5 at most 10% above or below the zillow price. Fair price? A bargain? Would you know? I'm no expert. I am aware of several homes for sale and they see to be sitting. The home next door to us sold about a year ago for far more than I thought it was worth and it sold in one day.

Far as cleaning out ads. Of course annoying to the shopper. If, an ad by a seller they will not answer the phone. If, an ad by a broker they will tell you it is sold BUT THEY HAVE SIMILAR and would be happy to show them TO YOU.
