Getting gas for golf cart at Circle K on Buenos Aires

The Villages GPS shows I can get to the Circle K on Buenos Aires by golf cart (see screenshot), but the Villages App doesn’t show this to be an option.

Are you allowed to cross over Buenos Aires in a golf cart?
