There is evidence that there exists an installation problem with Air Conditioning in patio villas south of 466 built since 2004
I am working with the VHA and the Home Warranty Department to resolve this problem. I'm not going into details at this time but I wish to say that should you require AC repairs or have had AC repairs, report them to the Home Warranty Department and VIA EMAIL, let me have the details. Keep all receipts
