Duck Donuts..

Duck donuts, a unique way of marketing a great donut. Similar to Krispy Kreame that is made on premises but, Duck goes beyond.

Duck doesn’t make your custom donuts until you walk-in the door or order them online to be picked up at a Designated time.

It’s a Vanilla cake donut, (chocolate can be a monthly special) that is fried when you order. Crispy on the outside, light moist inside.

Then you can have it bare or and this is the best part..you select a coating from 11 Choices, then 2 toppings (13 to pick from), finally adding one of 13 choices of drizzle.

Problem is Not sure DD would be profitable in TV, because I’m not sure the majority of the residents on TV would actually either order donuts online, or wait for them to be made, that can take up to 20 minutes depending on how busy they are.(online order is the best way)

My last travels in multiple states, have been within 10 minutes of a shop, so I walk-in order, watch my donut being made, and walk out with a still hot donut.

They do have shops around Orlando, but that’s a hike. Anyone ever had their donuts, did you mind waiting for a fresh donut to be special made just for you? For me worth the wait, and the calories, so I can get a hot donut, made exactly the way I want.

Thumbs Up for Duck Donuts. Like you stated fresh and tasty. They put Dunkin Donuts to shame.

We have one near our (still) permanent home in Rockville, MD.

They remind me of the old Fractured Prune donuts in Ocean City, MD...

Not familiar with these donuts, and I do not know of a good Donut shop in TV.

Concept sounds interesting and do not know if this work here. Ate more donuts when I was working. Treated them like fast food. Do not know if I would want to wait 20 minutes for a donut. Drive through seems to have taken over since the pandemic. Chick Fil A needs a hire traffic cops at some of their stores.

Personally I would rather have a gourmet type donut which is made on site. Dunkin went downhill when they switched to donuts which were made off site. Personal Caveat. They do have great muffins.

Downfall of DD is when they were made off site and very limited varieties

Leave the ducks alone. First it's tape and now it's donuts. What's next?
