Walk in shower floor pan

Anyone else have an issue with a squeaky floor pan in your fiberglass/plastic walk-in shower. They have come out twice to inject some foam under the pan with unsatisfactory results. I would like to hear if anyone has had this issue and if it was resolved to your satisfaction.
