very sad. Highland Park , where the parade was, is a highly upscale neighborhood. Michael Jordan used to have a mansion there. It's on Chi-town's north side right along the lake. The city itself is a cesspool these days, as the shooting and death count just this weekend is skyrocketing.

I personally have good memories of Chicago, but that was a long, long time ago.

Yeah, when Al Capon ruled the city.

I lived in Wisconsin most of my life and Chicago was concerned a cesspool to us.
Even the politicians in Milwaukee all came out of Chicago, ran for office, retired then
crawled back to Chitown.

The City of Highland Park is a northern suburb of Chicago and about 25 miles north of the city itself. The perpetrator has yet to be caught.

In UK 2020/21 there were 235 homicides where knives were involved.
The weapon of choice since guns were banned.

Sadly throughout our country these mass murders are taking place it seems on a weekly basis. Police officers are targets, innocent civilians are killed, it isn’t even safe to go to a mall, a gas station, a church, driving in one’s car, a park, or enjoy a parade without worrying some insane maniac might shoot at you. Half the time these killers don’t even have a motive for their murdering rampages.
