Bomb Threat at College of Central Florida in Ocala
 

On July 13 around 2:30 p.m., the College of Central Florida (CF) Ocala campus was temporarily shut down due to a bomb threat. Ocala Police Department (OPD) searched every building on campus. After determining that all of the buildings were safe, the campus was reopened.

I'm not sure how this is noteworthy. Even as far back as 1987 we would occasionally have one of those phoned into our High School and after an hour of us outside and the dogs and police checking, we would be allowed back inside. Real or fake this is a very aged unfortunate occurrence that will always be with us.

Find out who did it and throw the book at them so the next idiot who does this will think twice.

These threats have been around since I was in school, seems like nothing has changed.

Ours only happened in the Spring on a nice weather day.

And on a day finals were supposed to be taking place

Probably one of the students wasn't prepared for a test.

Or rarely the person caught.
