Passports

Where is the best place in or near the Villages to get a passport? Neither my wife nor I had need for one. We're travelling more now and figure its time.

You can find out all the info you will need to know on www.travel.state.gov, including the nearest places to apply. There are a few in or close by The Villages. We just renewed ours by mail and all went smoothly. The form to renew the passport is different from that of a first-time applicant. You can print out the application on line.

The county annex will even take your picture for you. Take a check book to pay for everything...no credit cards.
